Size and Location:
The Monaco Property is located south of the town of Chapais and approximately 70 kilometres east of the Windfall gold deposit in NTS Sheet 34H03. The Property consists of 144 claim totalling 7,806.30 hectares
Access and Infrastructure:
The property is easily accessible by a network of forestry words from the town of Chapais. Local infrastructure is limited to grave l forestry roads, and a few high voltage power-lines.
A technical report following NI 43-101 requirements has been recently completed onmost of the property, except for a separate new bloc of claims to the W-NW.UrbanGold also completed a series of grid lines with Max-Min surveys in order tobetter located airborne electromagnetic anomalies. The property has been followed-up at surface in 2019 with a 3-week exploration program that focused on the most promising geophysical targets previously identified.
The property covers the eastern extension of the volcanic belts that are being actively explored by Osisko immediately to the west of the present property (OSISKO – WINDFALL PROJECT).
There is no known showings on the mining claims which was never systematically explored in the past. The area is now accessible by a recent network of forestry roads and is highly prospective.
